The head coach of Cherkasy LNZ, Vitaliy Ponomaryov, shared his thoughts on the current 2nd-3rd place of the team in the Ukrainian championship standings.
Vitaliy Ponomaryov (photo: fc-lnz.com)— It’s too early to talk about the league standings because only a third of the championship has passed. Our primary task remains unchanged — to create a competitive team that will play consistently throughout the season, which is very important. If we manage to achieve this, of course, then we can compete for the highest places.
All the players, the entire coaching staff, and the whole club must work hard to achieve the goal. The competition is serious, and all other teams also want to achieve results, — said the coach.
