Kyrylo Nesterenko: «I can’t say that against Dynamo it was the game we strive to see»

The head coach of Oleksandriya, Kyrylo Nesterenko, recalled his team’s matches against Kyiv Dynamo this season — in the 1/16 finals of the Ukrainian Cup (1:2) and in the 6th round of the Ukrainian Championship (2:2).

"I have to be honest: in matches against Dynamo, the focus is on organizing the defense, discipline, and countering the opponent’s strong sides. Yet we want to see our team imposing its game and dominating on the field.

Therefore, I can’t say that against Dynamo it was the game we strive to see. No, we want to see in the future a game where our team dominates and completely controls the match,” said Nesterenko.
