As already reported, the semi-final match of the 2026 World Cup qualifying play-off tournament Ukraine vs. Sweden (March 26) will be nominally home for the Ukrainian national team. Moreover, the winner of this pair will also be the host in the final (March 31).
According to Polish journalist Piotr Slonka, besides Poland, Austria or the Czech Republic could be the venue for the upcoming matches.
“According to my information, which is constantly changing, Poland is the main venue for Ukraine’s national team play-off games. However, the UAF is also considering options in Vienna and the Czech Republic,” Slonka wrote in his Telegram channel.
