Vladyslav Kabayev— Your immediate impressions after the match? What’s happening with the team?
— We are disappointed — with both the result and the quality of the game, and with childish mistakes. There’s no point in saying that we created many chances or played well. The score is on the scoreboard. There’s a lot of criticism, and it’s deserved. The emotions now are strange and heavy.
— You and Voloshyn often switch flanks. Is this the coach’s directive or an initiative during the game?
— This happens during the match. We are comfortable playing both right and left. After set pieces, we could just find ourselves in different positions — nothing special. The main thing is not to be spectacular, but effective. And there’s very little effectiveness now.
— Despite creating chances, implementation was lacking. Why is that?
— Does anyone care how many chances we created if we lose 0:2? No implementation means no result. If we scored our chances, tomorrow they would say: «Dynamo is on the move». And when you lose, everyone understands what the reaction will be. We hear the criticism and are not oblivious.
— The team looks dejected. What’s missing the most right now?
— We need to go out there for this emblem and work. If there’s no game, then courage should be part of it. I won’t say there was no desire, but we lost a lot of battles and pick-ups. «Kolos» deserved the win. I congratulate them. But believe me — «Dynamo» will still show itself.
— From the field, it was visible that «Kolos» acted very aggressively?
— That’s how it was. They won more battles and pick-ups. And we weren’t running enough, weren’t keeping up, and lost chances. There’s a lot to work on. I always say: there’s no limit to perfection.
