As already reported, the head coach of Kyiv 'Dynamo' Oleksandr Shovkovskyi after yesterday’s match of his team with Kovalivka’s 'Kolos' (1:2) in the 13th round of the Ukrainian Championship, did not attend the flash interview for the official broadcaster of this match (UPL.TV).

According to the UPL regulations, coaches' visits to post-match flash interviews for the official broadcaster are mandatory, and in case of violation of this rule, the club that the coach represents is fined.
In this case, it is about Article 50 of the UPL regulations, which states, in particular, the following: «Conducting a short interview (flash interview) for the Official broadcaster with the head coach and players who participated in the match is mandatory for each club and must take place before the start of the press conference according to the schedule provided in paragraph 3 of this article. In the event of the head coach or player failing to appear for the flash interview, disciplinary sanctions are applied to the club.»
As for the size of the fine that threatens 'Dynamo', it can reach up to 20,000 UAH. The decision on this will be made by the UAF CDC at its next meeting.
