Former goalkeeper of Kyiv’s Dynamo and Donetsk’s Shakhtar, Artur Rudko, was fined 13,600 UAH for attempting to illegally cross the border. This was reported by the Telegram channel FootballHub.
Artur Rudko“If the fine is not paid within 15 days from the date the decision becomes legally binding, the decision on the enforcement of an administrative offense fine will be executed compulsorily, and a double fine amount of 27,200 UAH will be collected from the offender. The decision became legally binding on October 20, 2025,” the message states.
