Messi is the first footballer in history to reach 1300 goal contributions!

As reported by the Telegram channel Bombardier, following Cristiano Ronaldo’s stunning masterpiece, Messi scored a goal and made 3 assists in the MLS quarterfinal match against Cincinnati (4:0), leading Inter Miami to the semifinals!

This goal was the 896th in the Argentine’s career, and the third assist was his 404th, making an absolutely record number of 1300 goal contributions!

Messi is the first to reach this milestone. Ronaldo has 1213 goal contributions (954 goals + 259 assists).
