Nikita Simonyan has died

It is reported that on the eve of his hundredth year, the famous Soviet coach Nikita Simonyan passed away.

Three days earlier, the well-known specialist was hospitalized with a broken leg. There is currently no information about the immediate cause of death.

As a footballer, Simonyan was the winner of the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne. Most of his coaching career was associated with «Spartak» and the USSR national team.
