Former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Carlos de Pena, who became a player for Coritiba at the beginning of the year, has become a winner of the Brazilian Série B with his current team (the tournament follows a spring-autumn system).

Thanks to the victory in the final round, Coritiba managed to maintain a three-point lead over Atlético Paranaense and won the tournament.

The club received the corresponding trophy, and de Pena decided to take a photo with it in bed and published it on his social media.

It is worth noting that Coritiba returned to Brazilian Série A after two seasons. However, it is unclear whether de Pena will continue his performances with this club since his contract with Coritiba is valid until November 30 of the current year.
