"Manchester City" announced on its official website about the extension of the contract with midfielder Rodri. The Spanish midfielder's new deal runs until 2027.
"Joining City in 2019 was the best decision of my career. I'm enjoying every second. I am proud of how much we were able to achieve during my time in the team. But these successes make me even hungrier. When you start winning trophies, you can't stop," Rhodri was quoted as saying by the club's press service.
The 26-year-old moved from Atletico to City in 2019 for €70 million.
