Suspected of being involved in a high-profile road accident, the president of Metalist Kharkiv, Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, has recently returned to Ukraine. After that, he handed over biological samples for DNA examination and will come for interrogation to the prosecutor's office.

At the Maly Berezny border checkpoint on the border with Slovakia, the businessman and his lawyer talked to a representative of the prosecutor's office, after which Yaroslavsky agreed to undergo a DNA examination, which should determine who was driving his motorcade in early February 2022, which hit a man to death.

In the coming days, Yaroslavsky is to come to the Prosecutor General's Office for questioning as a witness.

Recall that late on the evening of February 9, 2022, a car hit a man to death on the Chuguev-Martovo highway, and license plates from the motorcade of businessman Yaroslavsky were found at the scene of the accident. According to unofficial information, the victim was moved twice.

Yaroslavsky later stated that at the time of the accident he was sleeping at home, and his DCH business group stated that their driver was driving the car during the accident. However, this same driver, who took the blame, was in fact far from the scene of the accident. Now he is charged with “concealing a crime”, and not guilt for an accident. At the same time, on February 10, Yaroslavsky flew out of Ukraine - allegedly on vacation with his family, scheduled until February 19.

Не знал, что необходимо согласие подозреваемого на допрос "в качестве свидетеля". Или он вовсе и не "подозреваемый"?
