Shakhtar Donetsk are preparing to make their first acquisition under the team's new head coach, Igor Jovičević.
According to journalist Vladimir Zverova, the Pitmen intend to sign the Brazilian defender of Greek PAOK Lucas Taylor.
The 27-year-old football player has already played in Ukraine - first for Lviv, and then for Dnipro-1, when this team was already coached by Jovicevich.
At the moment, Taylor is bound by a contract with Dnipro-1, and in PAOK he has been on loan since 2021. Shakhtar sees the Brazilian as a replacement for his compatriot Dodo, who, according to media reports, will move to Italian Fiorentina.
