Football players and coaches of "Dynamo" visited the Brussels City Hall

On the eve of the final friendly match with the Belgian "Antwerp" before the start of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League, our team received an invitation to visit the Brussels City Hall. On Thursday, the Dynamo players, led by head coach Mircea Lucescu, visited the Belgian capital's mayor, Philippe Klose, with whom assistant head coach Oleg Gusev and FC Dynamo international affairs manager Anatoly Volk already met on Wednesday during a press conference.

Just like yesterday, Philippe Klose, who, let's recall, is a football fan himself, first met the Dynamo delegation in his office, and then invited them to the famous balcony. He noted that he was pleased to receive such dear and honored guests. Special attention was paid to Mirci Lucescu, who is highly respected and considered one of the best coaches in the world. He dreams that Lucescu from Dynamo will play against the Brussels team Union St. Gillois in the next stage of the Champions League. The mayor also promised to attend the match between "Dynamo" and "Antwerp" on Friday and cheer for Kyiv.

The residents of Dynamo presented two t-shirts to the hospitable head of the city. One of them was signed by the whole team. Philippe Klose promised to hang her at home and emphasized: "In Belgium, you have one more fan."

The mayor also talked about the warm meeting with the Klitschko brothers. It is interesting that a few months ago he came to Kyiv with humanitarian aid. He did not have time to learn the Ukrainian language, but mayor Vitaliy Klitschko taught him two words: "Glory to Ukraine!). The mayor of Kyiv also told him that Dynamo is the best club in Europe. At his farewell, the mayor of Brussels assured that he would continue to closely monitor "Dynamo" and support our team.
