West Ham are confident of signing Lille midfielder Amadou Onan and ex-Manchester United winger Jesse Lingard, according to the Evening Standard.
According to a source, West Ham made a new offer for Onan last weekend in the amount of 30 million pounds plus bonuses. Lille have not yet given their answer, but the Hammers are counting on a positive result, because the 20-year-old Belgian is determined to leave the French club, which bought him from Hamburg for £6 million.
West Ham is also waiting for a response to its offer from Lingard. The 29-year-old Englishman is expected to announce his decision this week.
Jesse is a free agent and has several options to continue his career, including MLS and Saudi Arabia, but the London club remain favorites in the race for the player.
