Ukrainian defender Yaroslav Rakitskiy, whose transfer to Shakhtar Donetsk failed, apparently, will continue his career in Turkey.
According to local media, the 32-year-old footballer is close to moving to Adana Demirspor. It is reported that Rakitsky will sign a contract with this club under the "1 + 1" scheme.
It is expected that in the coming days the defender will join Adana Demirspor and begin preparations for the new season at the training camp in Italy.
Adana Demirspor is the representative of the Turkish Super League. The team finished the last Turkish championship in 9th place.
