Ihor Tsyganyk: "I don't think that Dynamo will sell out"

Journalist and commentator Ihor Tsyganyk shared his vision of the transfer policy of Dynamo Kyiv in the summer off-season regarding the sale of players.

— Dynamo can consider offers for the sale of football players only after it is clear that the team will not play in the [Champions League] group round. But there will definitely be a Europa League, and God forbid there will be a Champions League.
