Defender of the Austrian "Sturm" Gregory Wüthrich commented on his team's victory over "Salzburg" (2:1) in yesterday's match of the 2nd round of the Austrian championship.
"That was incredible. We had high hopes for this match, and almost everything we planned turned out. We are very pleased to have demonstrated such a high-quality game to our fans.
Both the way we played today and the winning result will give us self-confidence on the eve of the match against Dynamo Kyiv in the Champions League qualification. Now we want to show a good result in this match too," Wüthrich said after the match against Satzlburg.
As a reminder, Sturm is a rival of Dynamo Kyiv in the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League. The first match between these teams will take place next Wednesday, August 3, in Lodz, Poland.
