Source: Premier League club interested in Tsygankov

Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Viktor Tsygankov is of interest to one of the Premier League clubs, journalist Igor Burbas said on the air of the Clean Pidcast program.

According to the source, Dynamo currently has no offers for Tsygankov, however, one of the Premier League teams is interested in the player, but this is not the top club of the English Championship. The matter has not yet reached the specifics.
