Conte: "I don't have to make the players happy"

The head coach of the London "Tottenham" Antonio Conte talked about the competition in the team.

“Aren't the players supposed to make me happy? With their performances, they have to prove to me which of them is better. It's not up to me to make them happy.

To compete with City and Liverpool you need to spend £100m on six players and they go and buy one or two performers for that amount. That's the difference.

My goal and the club's goal is to see our project progress. This does not mean that if you win the Premier League or the Champions League, or you get a place in the Champions League, you will achieve your goal. We need to improve in every aspect," Conte was quoted as saying by 90min.
