Well-known Ukrainian TV commentator and presenter Roberto Morales spoke about the specifics of the regulations for holding matches of the 2022/23 season of the Ukrainian Championship, related to martial law in the country and regular air raid alerts.
According to the source, if an air raid signal sounds during the match, the game will first of all be suspended, and the participants of the meeting will proceed to the shelter. If the air raid lasts up to two hours, the duel will be resumed, otherwise it will be rescheduled for another day.
In this regard, the relevant requirements are put forward by the UPL to the broadcaster of the championship of Ukraine: for each match of the tournament, the broadcaster will be obliged to allocate a four-hour time slot in its air schedule, and not two, as it was in peacetime.
Recall that the championship of Ukraine-2022/23 starts on August 23 (the base day of the 1st round). The television broadcaster of the tournament is likely to be Setanta Sports.
