Well-known Ukrainian journalist Andriy Shakhov commented on the decision of the UEFA Disciplinary Committee, which is related to the behavior of Turkish Fenerbahce fans during the return match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League with Dynamo Kyiv (1:2).
“UEFA has fined Fenerbahçe 50,000 euros for the behavior of fans whose chants were deemed “offensive and provocative”. Shukru Saracoglu suspended for two years.
