— In your opinion, will it be possible to hold a full-fledged championship in Ukraine?

— The interested organizations had enough time to consider everything. And if a decision has already been made to resume the championship, I really hope that all the nuances have been taken into account. After all, you will have to face the holding of official matches during martial law. This gives reason to believe that everything will be at the appropriate level.

— Can the upcoming season become the most unpredictable since independence?

— In my opinion, there will be no big surprises. In the fight for gold, I prefer "Dynamo", which has kept all key performers with Ukrainian passports, and the legionnaires have not been in leading roles in the capital team recently.

Who do I expect surprises from? It will be interesting to watch Kryvbas, which has returned to the elite with the new manager Yuriy Vernydub, who has already taught the fans that the teams led by him are always in the spotlight.

The performance of "Dnipro-1" adds intrigue, especially when you consider that the new head coach Oleksandr Kucher has not yet had to work at such a level.

It should also be clarified that due to the war with Russia, the matches will be held without spectators and, by and large, the value of the native walls is leveled. This, without a doubt, can affect the results of the matches.

— How much will the UPL level drop in connection with the current situation in the country?

— I always try to be realistic. Of course, it will take time to find a worthy replacement for those legionnaires who left Ukraine. The departure of some Ukrainian players will have a negative impact on the UPL levels. In addition, due to Russia's aggression, for a long time it was not known at all when football life would resume in Ukraine. Believe me, it was very difficult to take. That is why it is necessary to be patient and consider the state in which our football is now. Still, we love him and will always support him.
