Taras Stepanenko: "We have no right to condemn foreigners who left Shakhtar"

Shakhtar midfielder Taras Stepanenko expressed his opinion on the air of the MEGOGO TV channel about the decision of the legionnaires to leave the Donetsk club.

“I have no right to condemn them. We understand that the situation in our country is very difficult. Every day our cities are shelled, so we can understand foreign football players who are worried about their families, their lives. They use this rule, which, in my opinion, is unfair for the clubs, but for safety, the players had this right and they took advantage of it. Therefore, we do not have the right to condemn them," Stepanenko said.
