Dynamo in Poland: farewell to Uniejow and moving to Lodz

On Saturday, August 13, Dynamo Kyiv said goodbye to the town of Uniejow, where they were based recently, with gratitude to all the people and personally to Mayor Jozef Kaczmarek. In this city, our team did not need anything and felt comfortable working in excellent conditions.

After breakfast, Dynamo went to Lodz, where they will be at the final stage of preparation for the matches with Benfica in the Champions League playoff round. After an hour on the club bus, the "white and blue" arrived at the place and settled in the same hotel as the previous times. Having received time to rest, in the evening the team gathered for training.

It should be noted that the players are in a great fighting mood. The charge of vivacity and motivation is over the top, because everyone understands that the last step is left on the way to the group stage of the most prestigious club tournament in Europe, which you want to give to your Motherland and your people. In the team, the guys are discussing that these matches will be for the sake of our Heroes, so you need to prepare for them very responsibly and work conscientiously.

Actually, the training itself began with a short run and continued with a high-quality functional warm-up. After that, the players were offered a series of timed squares - this is perhaps the best exercise for training speed, technique, accuracy, speed of decision making and endurance.

They continued to practice a series of runs with acceleration, then the "white-blue" worked out the ball control and passing speed exercises proposed by the coaching staff. And after a series of tactical actions, the training of shots on goal and actions in attack began, which is the best and most effective exercise, including for goalkeepers.

After a busy training session, the players were expected to recover at the hotel, so that the next day they could start working again with full strength.
