Barcelona head coach Javi Hernandez called for closing the transfer window before the start of the Spanish Championship.
“This is an awkward situation. Transfers must be completed before the start of the league. After all, that's not how it works. Preparing for a match with a footballer who may leave tomorrow is clearly not an ideal scenario, said the head coach of the Catalans.
The transfer window in Spain closes on 31 August and the league starts on 12 August.
