Real Madrid president Florentino Perez commented on the transfer of midfielder Casemiro to Manchester United.
"Casemiro is a Real Madrid legend. With his performances for the club, he deserved to independently decide what to do next.
On Monday, we will celebrate his contribution to the development of the club in our sports town," Marca quoted Perez as saying.
Casemiro's transfer to Manchester United for €70 million is expected to be officially announced in the near future.
