In the second leg match between Dynamo Kyiv and Benfica Lisbon (0:3) last Tuesday in the Champions League qualifying playoff round, young midfielder Oleksandr Yatsyk made his debut for the Ukrainian team.
The 19-year-old footballer, who usually plays as a defensive midfielder, entered the game in the third stoppage minute of the second half, replacing Vitaliy Buyalsky.
Before that, Yatsyk did not play for the Dynamo first team (with the exception of test matches) - his track record included only matches in the youth (U-19) team of the "white-blue". But the young midfielder was involved in work with the "main" more than once, and had previously been included in the application of the Dynamo first team for official matches.
