Chelsea have finally managed to reach an agreement with Leicester for the transfer of defender Wesley Fofan, RMC Sport claims.
The Foxes have long demanded about 80 million euros for the transfer of the French player, for which Harry Maguire once moved to Manchester United. "Leicester" rejected three previous offers from the Londoners, and now the parties have completed negotiations for an amount of 82.5 million euros plus bonuses.
As Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano writes on Twitter, Fofana will sign a six-year contract with Chelsea until June 2028.
We will remind that in October 2020 Wesley moved from Saint-Etienne to Leicester for 35 million euros.
