The Belgian Club Brugge announced the signing of a contract with the Ukrainian striker Roman Yaremchuk, who previously played in the Portuguese Benfica.
According to the official website of Club Brugge, an agreement was signed with the 26-year-old footballer for four years - until the summer of 2026.
Thus, Yaremchuk returned to Belgium, where he played for Gent from 2017 to 2021.
Financial details of the transfer of the Ukrainian are traditionally not provided, but according to media reports, Club Brugge will pay Benfica 16 million euros for the transfer of Yaremchuk, and this will be a record transfer in history for the Belgian club.
