Igor Tsyganyk: “UPL is lying about signing a three-year contract with Setanta”

Well-known presenter Igor Tsyganyk spoke about attempts to create a single television pool for broadcasting matches of the Ukrainian championship on the basis of Setanta Sports, accusing the UPL of lying: according to the source, the contract between this organization and Setanta Sports was signed not for three years, as it was announced, but only for one year with the possibility of extension for another two years.

Igor Tsyganik

“At first it was said that Setanta would produce the TV picture itself. But this turned out to be unprofitable for the UPL. Why? The price of the contract would then be a million. The UPL commission of $3.2 million and the commission of $1 million are completely different stories.

The UPL lies about signing a three-year contract with Setanta - such a contract has not been signed. Let them show you the deal. The contract was signed according to the "1 + 2" system, and at the end of next year, everything can end. And all 6.7 million that are registered is very fictitious. And at the end of next year, the contract may not be renewed, ”Tsyganik said on the air of his author’s program.

В любом случае, если даже телепул есть то никто не должен угрожать клубам, которые не хотят в нем участвовать штрафами и снятием очков, а тем более исключением из чемпионата - это дикость.
