Ukrainian midfielder of the Italian Atalanta Ruslan Malinovsky is in talks with Marseille, according to Foot Mercato.
It is known that Malinovsky rejected Marseille's first offer because he was not satisfied with the salary. The midfielder expects to sign the last major financial contract of his career.
The French club will try to negotiate with the player. The option of signing a player in the winter is also being considered, when six months before the completion of Malinovsky's contract with Atalanta, his cost will be lower.
Marseille head coach Igor Tudor insists on the transfer now.
