Source: Dynamo rejected Tottenham's offer for Zabarny in the amount of 25 million pounds

Dynamo Kyiv turned down an offer from Tottenham Hotspur for defender Ilya Zabarny, the Dynamo Kyiv Inside telegram channel reports.
