Sergei Mokhnik: Dynamo signed a letter of guarantee before the season, but with certain remarks

General Director of Dynamo Kyiv Serhiy Mokhnik announced at a press conference on a single TV pool whether the club signed a letter of guarantee before the start of the season.

- The UPL appeals to the fact that even before the start of the championship, the clubs must provide a letter of guarantee on the obligation to comply with the decision of the UPL on the realization of the rights to the matches of club competitions. Did you sign such a letter?

— Yes, we signed such a letter, but with our own remarks. Today, by the way, the FTC applied to the attestation commission to hand over the documents to them. It was not written out in our own way - with our comments. There are specifics and the relevant authorities will now look into it. We provided a letter of guarantee, but with our own specific comments, taking into account all the circumstances we have, our contract and the like. The relevant authorities will follow up.
