Official statement of the Ukrainian Premier League regarding the rulings of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv

The Ukrainian Premier League published the official statement :

"On August 31, 2022, the Ukrainian Premier League received two rulings from the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv signed by judges Volkova S. Ya. and Vovka S. V.

With these decisions, which are based on the lawsuits of two citizens, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv forbade the Ukrainian Premier League to take certain actions to prevent the exercise of the rights to use home matches of FC Dynamo (Kyiv), SC "Dnipro-1" (Dnipro ), FC "Zorya" (Luhansk), FC "Metalist" (Kharkiv), FC "Rukh" (Lviv) in the framework of the Ukrainian football championship among the teams of clubs of the OPFCU "Premier League" season 2022/2023 on some Youtube -channels

UPL declares that this issue will be resolved at the legal level in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and regulatory documents of the Ukrainian Football Association and the Ukrainian Premier League.

The relevant rulings of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv from August 31, 2022 will be appealed by the UPL within the time limits provided by the current legislation."
