UPL stated that it would challenge the decisions of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv on television broadcasts

The Ukrainian Premier League has issued a statement in connection with the decisions of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv to secure lawsuits over the history of the telepool. Recall, the court banned the UAF and UPL from preventing the broadcasting of home matches of Dynamo, Zorya, Dnipro-1, Metalist and Rukh on Youtube platforms, as well as applying any monetary and sports sanctions to the listed clubs .

“The UPL declares that this issue will be resolved on a legal plane in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and the legal documents of the Ukrainian Football Association and the Ukrainian Premier League.

The relevant rulings of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv dated August 31, 2022 will be appealed by the UPL within the time limits provided for by the current legislation,” reads, in particular, the statement of the UPL published on the official website of this organization.
