After being relegated from the Champions League, Dynamo will now compete in the group stage of the Europa League. — I would note a number of factors that do not allow "Dynamo" to play stably, or why the team fell into a slump. In my understanding, there are key points in the organization of the game, as in construction. First of all, the foundation and retaining walls are important.
In soccer, for me, these are central defenders led by a goalkeeper and a center forward. If the team does not miss, it can count on standard provisions, luck. If he scores, he can do it once more than his opponent. But if one or the other is limping, then there will definitely be problems.
Popov is injured, Burda has just recovered, but there is no need to talk about his best qualities now. Only the Orphan and the Forbidden remain. They are promising, but they are still far from the best examples of football players in this role. One would still be able to cope, as in the national team, but it is difficult for them to communicate.
And "Dynamo" is just a disaster ahead. Mircea Lucescu is an experienced coach, but when the coach does not have a tool, there will be no work. In the offseason, Besedin and Spryaga played, who disappeared from the radar altogether, and Besedin's start of the season failed completely. Basically, these two things affected the result in the last matches. Especially since after the loss to Benfica, the Kyiv club fell into a hole.
How to get out? In my opinion, the emotionality of the coach, his non-standard decisions should help. Team leaders are also obliged to take the initiative. But, apparently, Mircea Lucescu lacks these emotions, and there are problems with the leaders.
Not as a specialist, but as a Dynamo fan, I can say that this is a shame. I don't remember a team ever having such a losing streak, conceding 11 goals in four matches.
— What do you expect from the upcoming match?
— We want to believe that the match will be emotional, first of all, on the part of Dynamo, which simply needs to rehabilitate itself in front of its fans. I do not think that the meeting will turn out bright. It is difficult to change the game in such a short time.
So the people of Kyiv need to gather themselves, show patience, character - only in this way can we count on a positive result. Football players should understand that victory is expected from them both in the rear and at the front, where there are many supporters of "Dynamo". We see how our basketball and volleyball players are winning in the European arena, how Shakhtar started in the Champions League. What a reason for "Dynamo" to jump over the head.
