According to the source, the 43-year-old Italian is the main contender for the vacant seat, which was vacated after Brighton released their former mentor Graham Potter to Chelsea London.

It is also reported that as an alternative to De Dzerbi in Brighton, they are considering the candidacy of the head coach of the Norwegian Bodø-Glimt, Kjetil Knutsen.

Let's add that Brighton has successfully started this season in the Premier League: after six rounds, the team is in 4th place in the standings of the championship of England.
