The President of the German "Union" Dirk Zingler spoke about the discriminatory nature of the restrictions on freedoms associated with the coronavirus.
“We must apologize to people who have been discriminated against for not wanting to get vaccinated. They were simply excluded from social life.
Because now we know, and many scientists have said this before, that infections practically do not spread in the open air. In addition, these people were willing to take coronavirus tests in order to be able to attend events.
All these rules were discriminatory. I am still shocked that some clubs introduced such rules when they were not required by law to do so.
Why can’t the state now say: “We weren’t sure, not all of our decisions were right, but we will learn a lesson”? What annoys me the most is that the officials don't talk about it. It was a truly terrible time. I hope that in the future, society will better cope with such periods and will not discriminate against those who think differently,” Zingler said.
