Luis Enrique told why he did not call Sergio Ramos to the Spanish national team

The head coach of the Spanish national team, Luis Enrique, answered journalists' questions about the absence of PSG defender Serijo Ramos in the team's bid for the Nations League match.

"I'm often criticized, and that's normal. Every time after the announcement of the list of players, there are questions about one or another football player who was left out of the team. We can talk about Ramos, but I took the 25 best players in the team at the moment. Ramos played for the national team, I know him, he knows me. I am ready to listen, watch, analyze. The door to the national team remains open for any Spanish player," COPE quoted the coach as saying.

In the next matches of the League of Nations, the Spanish national team will meet with Switzerland (September 24) and Portugal (September 27).
