Officially. Justin Lonwijk - Dynamo Kyiv player

Dynamo FC completed the transfer of Justin Lonwijk, a midfielder from the Danish club "Vyborg". The player signed a contract with our club for 5 years.

Justin was born on December 21, 1999 in Tilburg. He is a pupil of PSV (Eindhoven), which he joined at the age of 10, transferring from the "Willem II" school.

He played for the youth U-19 (50 matches, 20 goals, 6 assists, 6 matches in the Ukrainian League) and the youth U-21 (33 matches, 6 goals, 5 assists) team of PSV, but did not debut in the main team, having signed a contract in the summer 2019 with Utrecht.

In the "Utrecht" team, he also played in the main team for the youth team, played 3 matches in the Eredivisie. In January 2021, he moved to the Danish "Vyborg" on loan until the end of the season with the option of a full transfer, and in the summer of the same year he signed a full contract with the Danish club.

Since then, he has played 60 matches in the championship as a member of "Vyborg" (8 goals, 7 assists, 14 warnings).

This season Lonwijk played 9 matches (2 goals, 1 assist) for Vyborg in the championship and 6 games (1 assist) in UEFA Conference League qualification.

Lonwijk has experience playing for the youth national teams of the Netherlands at all ages.

His main position on the field is central midfielder. Often he also played in the position of attacking and supporting midfielder. This season, "Vyborg" used Lonwijk in the position of a winger (he played both on the right and on the left in attack).
