The head coach of the Argentina national team, Lionel Scaloni, spoke about the physical condition of Roma striker Paulo Dybala. The 28-year-old football player was injured on the eve of international matches. Medical tests confirmed that the player's injury was not serious, so Dybala decided to fly to the United States to join his national team, which is preparing for the upcoming World Cup in Qatar.
"I decided not to risk Dybala. I need him in much better shape and it would be wrong to risk him. I think I can count on him in the next game," Football Italia quoted the coach as saying.
The 28-year-old football player did not get into the team's application in a friendly match with the national team of Honduras (3:0). Argentina's next match will be against Jamaica on September 28.
