Mykola Nesenyuk: "Armenian "cognac" and Scotch whiskey"

The well-known journalist Mykola Nesenyuk commented on the September matches of the Ukrainian national team in the League of Nations on his Facebook.

Ukrainians who were born in the USSR sincerely believed that Armenian "cognac" was the best in the world, and therefore instantly swept it off the store shelves.

Similarly, Ukrainian football players, born there, believed in the power of Armenian football players. As a result, our national team lost precious points three times in games with the Armenians and did not win the world and European selections. The last time it happened twenty years ago in Yerevan, where our team drew 2:2 under by a talented coach named Buryak.

The vast majority of people born in Ukraine do not even suspect the existence of Armenian "cognac" and this scum is left to ferment on the shelves of our supermarkets. Similarly, today's football players do not know about the "power" of Armenian football. Therefore, although not without problems at the beginning, they beat that Armenia twice - 3:0 in June and 5:0 yesterday.

After yesterday's defeat, the Armenian coach said that they were "unlucky", which even his employers hardly believed. Our coach said something similar after the defeat by Scotland this Wednesday. It remains to prove it on the football field the day after tomorrow.

Modern Ukrainians, including football players, know exactly about Scotch whiskey, which is available in abundance. The drink is strong but "for an amateur". And very expensive. To drink it, you have to work very hard

От замены "шотландский" на "ирландский" ни стих, ни романтика не пострадают :-))
