The Ukrainian team moved to Krakow. I have already had my first training there. Sidorchuk left the location of the team

After the victory in Yerevan over the Armenian team (5:0) in the Saturday match of the League of Nations, the Ukrainian team flew on a charter flight to Krakow in the evening of the same day.

After an almost four-hour flight (the travel time from Yerevan to Krakow was 3 hours 45 minutes), the Blue-Yellows went to the hotel, and on Sunday evening they already had another training session. This lesson took place on the field of the training center of the Cracovia club. By the way, tomorrow's official training session will also take place there, since the lawn at the Cracovia Stadium, where the match with Scotland will take place on Tuesday, is, unfortunately, not in the best condition, and it should be saved for the match.

All 23 players who are now in the camp of the Ukrainian national team took part in the Sunday training session. Sergei Sidorchuk, who received his second yellow card in the League of Nations in the match with Armenia, which is why he will not be able to play with the Scots, left the team today, but will come to support his partners on the day of the match.

Traditionally, for recovery training, the team was divided into two groups. Nine outfield players of yesterday's starting line-up plus Oleksandr Pikhalyonok, who played the second half, ran under the guidance of physical training coach Ivan Bashtovy and performed aerobic exercises to saturate the muscles with oxygen and thus remove lactate from them.

Meanwhile, another dozen and three goalkeepers had a more intense training, which, in particular, included a square and game series.
