Lebeouf: "Alexander-Arnold is a defender of the Championship level"

Former French Chelsea striker Franck Lebeouf is not surprised that Trent Alexander-Arnold is missing out on England's first-team squad.

“Look at Trent. I love this guy, his attacking qualities. But in defensive actions, his level corresponds to the Championship. Only Klopp's game scheme suits him. When the scheme doesn't work, as we've seen this season, Trent's defensive weakness is immediately apparent," LeBeouf was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.
