Last Friday, Dynamo Kyiv held the first training session after a pause for the matches of the national teams, in which the full team took part.
In addition to Denis Popov, Vladislav Kulach and Ruslan Neshcheret, who returned to the general group, Dynamo legionnaires Tomasz Kendzera and Kahim Parris also arrived in Lviv. The Polish defender spent 12 hours on the road and crossing the border and arrived at the team's location half an hour before leaving for yesterday's evening training, but refused to rest and immediately joined the work process. The Jamaican rookie of the team Parris was traveling from Poland with Tomasz, but due to the fact that he had spent the whole night on the plane before, he did not take part in training yesterday.
Both Kahim Parris and another Dynamo newcomer Justin Lohnwijk were well received by the team and taken under their wing by Ukrainian players. Both legionnaires are not lost and demonstrate a decent level in training.
The guys who left the infirmary are also gaining momentum - in particular, the strengthening of the forward position - Vladislav Kulach.
Friday training, as usual, consisted of several parts. The lesson began with a run along the perimeter of two fields and a warm-up. Further, physical training coach Vitaly Kulyba offered the team exercises using barriers and spears. Then the Dynamo team practiced keeping the ball in the squares, and in addition, the reaction, technique and speed of decision-making on the field.
Then the coaching staff moved on to tactical exercises aimed at attack, defense, ball control, as well as set pieces.
The goalkeepers initially worked separately under the guidance of Mikhail Mikhailov, and joined the general group during game exercises. Ruslan Neshcheret stood out for his diligence, who joined the training process as if he had not missed several weeks due to an injury. In the absence of Georgiy Bushchan, competition in the goalkeeper position is not weakening - the role of the third goalkeeper is now played by Denis Ignatenko.
In general, despite the slippery field due to the rain, the team fully complied with the training plan proposed by the coaching staff and the tasks set.
Recall that Dynamo will play the next match at Minai this Sunday, October 2, as part of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Championship, after which they will go to the Europa League match against Rennes, which will be held on October 6, on the field French team.
