Defender of the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dennis Hadjikadunich is not going to participate in a friendly match with Russia. This was stated by the footballer himself in a commentary to Expressen.
“This is not the match I want to participate in. We have not received any information from the association. We, the players, do not know anything, this only applies to two federations. It may sound strange, but it's true.
I will talk to the association or coach about this. I won't go there and I won't play there. I do not want to return to Russia, given what is happening. Former teammates? I have no connection with them, and, frankly, I don’t care,” Hadjikadunich said.
Interestingly, the rights to Hadzhikadunich belong to Rostov, but the footballer plays on loan at Malmö.
