- Four years ago, Dynamo already met with Rennes in the Europa League, and then won two victories, which allowed them to win the group. Do you remember these matches and do you consider the upcoming paired meetings with Rennes also key in the European Cup?
- Then I participated in the Kiev match, but I didn’t play in Rennes. I can say that Rennes is a very good team. At this level, opponents do not forgive mistakes. Therefore, we will only play to win. We do not have the best situation in the group, but we have two matches with Rennes ahead, in which we can improve everything.
- What do you think tomorrow's match will be like?
- As I said, we will play to win, we have no other choice. It is necessary to correct the tournament situation in tomorrow's game.
- Which player in Rennes poses the greatest threat?
— All young Rennes players are very technical, fast and aggressive. The French Championship is a completely different level compared to the Ukrainian championship. However, we play for our country, for our defenders, so every match is a battle for us. Tomorrow we will fight for our fans, our defenders and our country.
— Is the football match of the Europa League an important event for Ukraine?
- Of course! Our defenders love football and watch matches. This is a kind of relief for them. If we can win, it will bring joy both to them and to the entire Ukrainian people.
