Football club "Dynamo" became a partner of UNITED24

Dynamo will finance the restoration of the destroyed department of the Chernihiv city hospital.

FC Dynamo (Kyiv) and UNITED24 signed a memorandum of cooperation

Football club "Dynamo" (Kyiv) and fundraising platform UNITED24 signed a memorandum of cooperation. Within its limits, the club will transfer 250,000 pounds sterling, collected during charity matches, to restore the destroyed department of the Chernihiv City Hospital No. 3.

“Thanks to the support of UNITED24 from all over the world, the Ministry of Health has already been able to purchase ambulances, ventilators, and a lot of important medical equipment. And the Chernihiv City Hospital will be the first UNITED24 project to restore social infrastructure. And we are happy to start it together with the legendary club,” said Mikhail Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine at the signing of the memorandum with Dynamo (Kyiv).

The hospital needs to restore the radiology department, which was destroyed by Russian missiles. Despite the damage, the hospital continues to provide the necessary medical care to patients.

“At this difficult time, the UNITED24 platform has become a reliable support and support for the Ukrainian medical system. In a short period, we managed to set up work and systematically purchase the necessary medical equipment for hospitals, in particular, in frontline areas. The restoration of the X-ray department is an opportunity to provide high-quality diagnostics and medical care to residents of the entire region,” said Viktor Lyashko, Minister of Health of Ukraine.

The meeting was attended by Vitaliy Sivkov, First Vice-President of FC Dynamo (Kyiv), Maxim Radutsky, Development Director of FC Dynamo (Kyiv) and goalkeeper of the capital club and the national football team of Ukraine Georgy Bushchan.

“Today’s event for Dynamo is an official confirmation of our partnership with UNITED24, which has been going on since May. Thanks to the charity telethons Save Ukraine in Berlin in May and Embrace Ukraine in June in Amsterdam, which were organized by 1+1 media together with us and other partners, C-arch X-ray machines have already been purchased and installed. Our matches were also charitable — Match for peace #StopWarInUkraine. There were 15 such fights in total. The game in Liverpool with Everton FC became a landmark. It is thanks to this game and the support of the president of the football club that the destroyed hospital in Chernihiv will be restored,” Vitaliy Sivkov, First Vice President of FC Dynamo (Kyiv).

Heorhiy Bushchan thanked all the fans who came to the charity matches in Europe and supported Ukraine.

“Match for peace #StopWarInUkraine, which took place in European countries, brought together millions of people. These were not just football games, but real anti-war events that rallied the whole world around supporting Ukraine and helping the victims of the war that the Russian Federation started. Thanks to all the fans and philanthropists for their support,” said Georgy Bushchan, goalkeeper of FC Dynamo (Kyiv).
