Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has commented on the health of goalkeeper Thibault Courtois.
“Courtois is getting better, the inflammation is getting less and less. We'll see if he goes to Warsaw for the match against Shakhtar, but he will be ready for Clasico," Ancelotti quotes AS.
Recall that Courtois has already missed two Real Madrid matches due to injury. Now he is replaced by Ukrainian Andrei Lunin.
Real will play Getafe on October 8, Shakhtar on October 11, Barcelona on October 16.
