Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has shared his thoughts on Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo's achievement of 700 goals at club level.
“It’s phenomenal. Soccer is a team game. I think Cristiano knows that we can't achieve anything without a team, but I have to say that 700 goals is a huge individual achievement.
If you achieve this, it's incredible. Not many footballers play 700 matches in a career, and he scored 700 goals. So I'm very happy for him and congratulate him," ten Haag was quoted as saying by Manchester United's official website.
